About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our community of learners, alumni, and industry experts. You will ensure everything runs smoothly in each cohort while driving engagement, retention, and meaningful interactions across our platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on fostering connections, creating engaging experiences, and making a lasting impact in an evolving learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all community interactions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for learners.
• Drive & Increase engagement and retention in the community through discussions, events, and creative initiatives.
• Organize AMA sessions, networking events, and fireside chats with industry leaders.
• Strategize and launch HelloPM’s external community while managing its growth and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with learners, alumni, mentors, and influencers to foster a connected ecosystem.
• Develop engaging content and discussions that add value to the community.
• Implement gamification, recognition programs, and engagement experiments to keep the community active.
• Work closely with other teams to align community initiatives with business goals.
