Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-conversion YouTube thumbnails that attract clicks.
• Create social media visuals for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Design internal branding elements, banners, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with the content and marketing team to align visuals with brand messaging.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and design aesthetics across all materials.
• Experiment with new design trends, typography, and creative concepts to improve engagement.

Great to have:

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Ability to design for different platforms, optimizing visuals for engagement.
